Luke Skywalker ROTJ - Blade-holder-Conversion

The Luke ROTJ lightsaber surely is a good saber and the balance is not to be complained about but due to a special construction it is not suitable for fighting. This is a pity because normaly this saber would be perfect for fighting.
Due to the following reasons the saber is unusuable für fighting:
The blade-holder is not solid enough because is consists just of two plastic attachments which do not surround the blade properly. In addition to that the bores in the blade itself are very big. All in all it is just a question of time, when the blade is going to break. This will be at the bores, where the pins retain the blade in the hilt.
Even when striking softly the blade can break because it is not connected well with the whole holding-construction.
After long deliberation we found a good solution which is doable with few costs.
After this conversion you can use your Luke ROTJ for fighting without cumpunctions.
The procedure for this conversion is the following::
Disassemble the saber completely as it is demonstrated in the tutorial.
Now the case which contains the soundmodule and the blade will be changed.
After unclosing the case is two halfs cut off the original holder.
Consider, that you leave some material in the middle of each part.
Out of it abrade a little, semicirlce adjustmend, one for each half.
Now the case is shorter, just the part which contains the soundmodule is left. Put this part aside for the moment.
Now see to the new blade holder. Therefore you need a short piece of plastic pipe (building centre) which is intended to the new emiter. Adrade the pipe just a little bit from the outside (it is thicker than necessary) so that it will fit into the brown element, if you press it a bit.
