Disassembly – Luke ANH

How its done:

At first detach the locking ring and the battery tray.
Lift the red button with a thin item next. Foto 1
Unscrew the screw and detach the frame. Foto 2
Lift the Glass-Eye with a thin item. Foto 3
Afterwards remove the screw, which is visible outside the clamp, and detach the nuts. Foto 4
Remove the two screws, which are attached in the shifter's holding, as well. Foto 5
Desolder the shifter's wires and push them into the casing. Foto 6 and Foto 7
Detach the two golden pins on each side cautiously with tongs. Foto 8

Remove the screw above the glass-eye as well. Foto 9

Now one can extract the blade holder and the electronic from the hilt towards the emitter. Foto 10

Advice:
If one wants to detach the soundboard one (for example unlike the Anakin ROTS) has to detach a similar pin as those that hold the blade.
The Luke ANH has three metal pins within the saber's holding which have to be removed to get to the LED-strip.
