The following steps are required for the disassembling:

Detach the blade, locking ring and battery tray first. Photo 1
Now strike the pin, that holds the cap of the activator button, through the very same. After that one can draw off the cap. Photo 2, Photo 3 and Photo 4
Unscrew the screw that holds the black plastic part. Now one is able to extract this part from the hilt. For it may get jammed and the plastic is not very hard, one needs to act very cautiously. This part may not be harmed with greater structural damages! Photo 5 and Photo 6
Remove the screw underneath the activator by using tongs. Photo 7 and Photo 8
Last but not least push the chassis out of the hilt. Photo 9

Naturally the assembling works the exact other way around.
