For the disassembly the following steps are necessary
- First remove the blade, locking ring and battery tray.

- Lift the plate on the clamp carefully upwards.

- Unscrew the two screws that hold the clamp on the saber.

- Detach the switch by removing both screws with which it is fixed on the clamp. After that push it carefully into the interior. Note, that it has to be deep enough so no cables or the switch itself are harmed during pulling out the internals.

- Now lift up the copper eye.

- Loosen the screw beneath and remove the element that was attached by these screws.

- Now loosen the two small screws that secure the circular top part for the blade's attachment, and remove them with the top part.

- Detach the golden pins with tongs.

- At last remove the allen screw underneath the emitter. Now one can pull the whole internals out of the hilt.
