Five years to the day, on April 11, 2006, the first version of a website with the name "Saberproject.de" went online

1826 days later there has been quite a lot of change: from an association of three people a team has developed that has gone through many ups and downs, had a lot of experiences and that now bares the name "Team Saberproject".

From the first greater trips into the Star Wars conventions with the Celebration Europe 2007 to the first stage performance at the Jedi-Con 2008; over to two cinema events to celebrate the premiere of "The Clone Wars" and a great show at the Fantasydays 2009.
At the beginning of 2010 the return to the Jedi-Con with the gain of the "Super-Jedi"-title and the demonstration of the video "Battle on Hoth" on a big screen, followed by the unforgotten weekend with the German Garrison in Legoland Germany, which became one of the most successfully weekends in history for the Legoland Germany.

In September and October 2010 we had two totally different experiences, namely the model making exhibition "Inspiration Modellbau" in Mainz and a stage performance at the German partner-meeting of Microsoft in Darmstadt.

2010 ended with the Fantasydays 2010, where we have been welcomed again quite heartily.

Now we are entering the sixth year and again a whole lot of improvements and events is only waiting for us.
One of them is already announced - the return of the Star Wars Weekend in Legoland Germany. During the first days of June we will be part of the opening of the new Star Wars miniature land in Günzburg.

As a first little gimmick we offer you a video of us that sums up many great moments from the last few years, freely named
"Das ist der HAMMER!" (Translation would be: This is awesome; it is the title of the song played in the video).

• ...one complete redesign of the website until now, all in all 4 different versions
• ...total extent of the website: approximately 3GB
• ...since 2009 with an own shop
• ..200.000 different visitors per year

Contacts arose around the globe, especially in the US, Great Britain, Finland and France.
Requests also came from Australia, Russia, Brazil and Chile!
